There are several other websites with a similar functionality, if you are interested just search the internet for something like "couples sex quiz". However, I could not find such a website that is verifiably 100% anonymous.

How can you compute the results, when no answers are send to your server?

When you visit this website, all questions and the necessary code to compute the result are loaded into your browser. From then on, every computation happens in your browser, and not on my server.

Which answer should I pick?

No: If you don't want to try this thing even once.
If (s)he wants: If you don't care. This should be your default answer for anything that you don't deliberately answer with "no". However, choose this option only if you can actually see yourself doing this thing.
Yes: You'd like to try this thing at least once or plan on doing it regularly.
I'd love to: You'd really like to try this thing and this should be the first thing you try if there's a long list of common kinks.
